What if I need to freeze or cancel my membership?

We have a freeze option of 1 months. This allows you to take a break without losing the current membership rate you signed up at. If you need to make any adjustments in your monthly membership please email us at info@theyogabox.com and we will be happy to assist.

Membership Adjustment
All adjustment requests must be made atleast 7 days before your bill date to allow enough response time and for your request to be processed. We do not honor refunds on class drop-ins, class packages, or reoccurring membership payments.
