Yoga Sculpt is the most sequenced Yoga + HIIT Training sequence available.
For those of you who are unaware, before turning to yoga, I was an athlete in college. Even though I practice yoga daily and teach yoga often, my love for combining HIIT with yoga is my favorite way to connect my athletic routes with what I something that I love.
On my Get Loved Up App and my series with Alo Moves, you’ll see that I have a lot of Yoga HIIT and Yoga Sculpt workouts! Combining high intensity workouts with yoga I’ve found is an effective way to give your body optimal results in such a short amount of time. Whether you’re an athlete, a yogi, or both, these workouts are an excellent way to stay fit, healthy and toned.
