Keira has been teaching for the last 2 years. She started practicing yoga at age 14 to supplement her athletic career, and once she noticed the change in her body both physically and mentally, she kept going. When she was introduced to Yoga Sculpt, after her first Yoga Teacher training, she fell in love with the concept of connecting strength to mindful movement and knew that was the style of yoga she was meant to share with others. She loves guiding people to connect with themselves and others through this practice. In her high energy class you will be held accountable and pushed past your limits in the best way.
