Lexi Carr

Lexi fell in love with yoga in high school and went on to complete her 200 hour training at Bird Rock Yoga during her sophomore year of college. Lexi has seen the positive impact yoga has had on her own life, both mentally and physically, and is passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others. Since 2012, Lexi has taught vinyasa, sculpt, barre and Lagree fitness classes. Lexi’s classes are fun and upbeat with a focus on alignment.
