Ashley is a passionate yogi that has dedicated her time to finding the meaning and balance in life through self-acceptance and self-reflection. She has been teaching for 7 years. Over the years of practice and study, her devotion has given her a higher purpose in life. She has learned coping skills and been given wisdom on how to deal with life’s most challenging moments. Ashley is grateful to give back to her community and to the yoga practice that has helped her grow. She is excited to help her fellow yogis achieve their fitness and health related goals, as well as inspire hope, build confidence, and strengthen relationships, as she feels that yoga is a way of life.
