I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years and initially started practicing yoga to foster a deeper connection with someone important to me. After my first few classes, I also found a deeper connection to myself and yoga really became my escape from the outside world. Yoga gave me a real sense of what mind-body connection really means. I love teaching so I can guide others to experience yoga in it’s most powerful form and to teach students how to take the learnings from their mat out into their daily lives. My power flows are designed to focus on the flow of breath to movement while adding in strength training to build from the ground up. Come flow and connect with me!
